LGBTQIA+ Self Care Workshop 3/18: This workshop will offer support, tools and experiences that will enhance self care for LGBTQIA+ attendees. If you’ve been feeling burnt out, are looking for some relaxing time, seeking to fill your cup or simply want to be in community- this workshop is for you!

We will have Jae Friedman of JF Bodywork available all evening offering chair massages.

We will have Jex Calvert of Food Focused Nutrition facilitating a discussion on nutrition and food access for an hour of this event.

We will have snacks and a variety of herbs to curate your own perfect herbal blends and bring these teas home, facilitated by Kaya.

This workshop will take place from 6-8 pm on 3/18/2024 at the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Morrisville.
